Shipping Policy

We do our best to fulfill and ship order within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated OR it is a pre-order! Please note that turnaround time may be longer during holidays and/or current schedule.

Orders are only shipped Monday-Friday (excluding holidays)

Once shipped, your order will take an additional 2-5 days in transit depending on which class of mail you select at check-out. USPS Priority mail transit typically takes 2-3 business days and USPS first class mail typically takes 3-5 business days with NO DELAYS. Once USPS accepts the package, delivery times are out of our control.

 In the RARE case of delayed items -

We are not responsible and will not refund for any items delayed in transit until it has been lost with no movement for 30 days. USPS requires us to wait 30 days from the last date of movement when an item shows "arriving late", before we can file a claim. We in turn require our customers to allow the same time frame before issuing a refund or reshipping goods. Items have ALWAYS arrived within this time frame.
